Overview

Crop & Print is an iOS application that allows users to crop PDFs and photos to custom sizes and print them directly from their iPhone. The app includes features for PDF cropping, photo cropping, camera support, AirPrint printing, and multi-page PDF support.

Data Collection

We collect absolutely no data.

Crop & Print does not collect, transmit, or share any user data. Specifically, we do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, etc.)
• Device information or identifiers
• Usage data or analytics
• Location data
• Photos, PDFs, or any documents you process
• Printing history or preferences
• Any other personal or sensitive information

All document processing, including cropping and printing, happens entirely on your device. Your files never leave your iPhone.

In-App Purchases

Crop & Print offers optional in-app purchases (non-consumable) that allow users to remove the welcome screen and support the app's development. These purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

Important: We do not have access to your payment information. All purchase transactions are handled securely by Apple's App Store infrastructure. Apple may collect payment and billing information according to their own privacy policy, which you can review at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Local Data Storage

The only data stored by Crop & Print on your device includes:

• Crop size preferences: Your custom crop dimensions are saved locally for convenience
• Purchase status: A record of your in-app purchase is stored locally to restore your purchase across app sessions

This data is stored exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to any external servers or third parties. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is removed from your device.

Third-Party Services

Crop & Print does not integrate with or use any third-party services, including:

• No analytics services (Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• No advertising networks
• No crash reporting tools
• No social media integrations
• No cloud storage services

The only external service interaction is with Apple's AirPrint technology for printing, which is a system-level iOS feature controlled by Apple and your printer manufacturer.

Children's Privacy

Crop & Print does not collect any data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages. Since we do not collect any personal information, there are no additional privacy considerations for children using the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.

Since Crop & Print does not collect any user data, we have no way to notify you directly of policy changes. Please check this page periodically if you have concerns about privacy.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect, store, or process any of your personal data, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. You maintain complete control over all documents and information you use within the app, as everything remains on your device.
